Barbecued fish on a Bun

2 pounds boneless Tuna loins /canned tuna
1 onion, chopped
3/4 cup cola carbonated beverage
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
10 sandwich buns

Combine all ingredients except buns, cook it.
Drain and slice or shred fish; serve on buns with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.

(If you used canned tuna, just put ingredients and mix with canned tuna and heat it about 10 – 15 minutes.)

Please keep in mind when you are using canned tuna, put carbonated beverage and sauce for just required amount.

Makes 10 servings.

Cooking Tip: This recipe can be made 1 to 3 days ahead; keep in refrigerator and reheat before serving.
